Water levels: Sphinx, Roring River, Upper Kern, Cloud Canyon

Heading out on the 13th and looking for any info on water levels along rivers/creeks in this region. Assuming Sphinx crossing on the way up and over Avalanche pass will be the last place to get water until Roaring River. Would be good to get confirmation. Also any info on conditions in the upper Kern-Kaweah would be appreciated.
