This route enables you to transit high from the area around Warrior Lake to the relatively deserted canyon southeast of Izaak Walton Peak. It is a straightforward class 2 pass with nothing tricky about the ascent (which we did from the Warrior side) or descent. I'll start with a view from the west looking up at the ridge followed by a couple shots during the ascent and then photos to the West and East from the top. A final couple shots include a view part way down the eastern side and then a view back in the direction of the ridge from the East side.
