Freeze Dried Yogurt Bites?

Post by fishmonger »

anyone ever try this stuff? Seems like a new product, because I never noticed it before:

nutritional information sounds pretty good - seems like something that could easily go into trail mix or cereals, adding protein, fat.

30 grams (just over an ounce) = 120 calories, made up of 1/5g fat, 19g sugar, 5 g protein

Hmmmm. I have tried the Gerber yogurt bites. I get them for my daughter and I was thinking that they would be great for backpacking.
