Hmmm, Interesting... I'll have to look at the price of sugar and see how it comes out in comparison with Gatoraid. And no need for C&H Brand, cheap stuff should be just fine. Just crusing around the site, lots of recipes for the do-it-yourselfer for energy snacks. It's just ridiculous what they charge for this stuff. :eek:

Thats a cool site Mike. Thanks for sharing. Wish there were some sugar free drink recipes though since sugar can be so heavy. I know you can fasion servings of something like salt and baking soda that'll do the trick without sugar, but :puke:
