Sharing No Cook Food List

Post by Tonydavid »

Hi folks…thought maybe someone would be interested in this list of what I take when backpacking. I have used this on 6 day backpack in Sierras and 5 day trip in Grand Canyon. I don't bring a stove and therefore don't cook.

The food list is in a trip report from the Sierras which you can get here…

It is within the Day2 section of the trip report after a couple pictures of Garnet Lake.

Any feedback or suggestions are certainly welcome.

Beautiful photos
I would add to your "menu" baby bell cheese, bacon jerky (yum !) and cliff builder bars (lots of protein).
Thanks for posting :)
