Setting my own password

I think I must have forgotten my password some months back so HST sent me a new one. It is one of those computer generated passwords, that I could never remember. I have to look up the password every time I log in. I have tried to reset my password but the reply is that my email address is already taken. Any help here would be greatly appreciated. As you can probably tell I am not that tech savvy. Thanks, js hill

Top right hand corner under Board index look for
User Control Panel and click on it.
Then click on the PROFILE tab
Go down the left hand side and click on Edit account settings
DO NOT ENTER IN YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS!!!!
Enter in new password then tab
Enter in new password again then tab
Enter in current password the hit enter and you should be done.
