I have been having problems viewing photos using "Refresh Picture with Full Quality." Pics in many forums and websites come up blurry and I could only see them as if I was going blind. Of course I attributed this to my techno-moron skills combined with my snail paced dial up, and the dial up is somewhat to blame, I figured out. It was not compatible with the Windows Internet Explorer 9. So voila...a temporary fix, at least, is that I uninstalled WIE 9and I can now click on the refresh button, viewing photos in all their glory, as the poster intended.

Just thought I'd mention this if any of you were having the same problem...

(RoguePhotonics photos were still sharp though [?] :) )

Maybe it has to do with the place they are linked. My photos are all directly linked to my own FlickR account.
