PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING!!

Instead of emailing or messaging the Admins or Mods with technical support questions or comments about the site, we prefer you check here to see if someone else has had the same difficulty or has made the same suggestion. What you're after might have already been posted and addressed here or within the FAQ. If not, please post a detailed description of the problem/suggestion and someone from the HST team will address your needs shortly. If you can't login/post and are unable to reset your password on your own, you may contact us directly.

Bummer! Sorry to hear you're having a problem..! Now, let's see if we can fix it...

** The number one rule is that emailing or PM'ing the Admin or one of the Moderators should be the last resort option. Chances are, you're not alone, and other people are having (or have had) the same problem as you. If 50 emails come flooding in to our inboxes asking the same question, then it just takes longer for the problem to get worked out. Get it? Got it? Hurray! Now let's move on...

Do The Following Instead:

The first thing you need to do is check the Frequently Asked Questions section to see if your questions are answered there: faq.php

Still haven't found what you're looking for? Ok! Next, browse what other people have posted on the "Technical Problems & Questions" forum to see if someone else had the same problem and if it was solved. A quick way to find what you're looking for is to do a search for keywords: search.php You can also check to see if your problem has been discussed on the Announcements forum. Usually, plans for updating the website and scheduled downtime for maintenance are posted there.

What's wrong with you?? Are you the only person with this problem!?! :P Well, let's find out! Now that you've exhausted your above options, it's time to post your question on the "Technical Problems & Questions" forum. You should always do this first rather than emailing one of us so that others may benefit from your question in the future. Of course, if your problem has to do with not being able to login or post, then it goes without saying that you need to email us...

I can be reached at: eric_osterling **at** hotmail **dot** com

Now, hurry up and get a move on. Every second you're having problems is a second we're being deprived of the enlightening content of your brain!!

Cheers,

ERIC
