I found this recent piece interesting, but as always decide for yourself:

Makes sense. Take painkillers when you have pain... but not when you don't.

Habitual use of anything is a bad idea.

Wow! I never would have guessed any of this. Thanks for posting. I used to routinely take a couple of ibuprofin every evening of a hike. No more.

I thought Ibuprofen was helpful for acclimating to altitude?

aspirin is. ibuprofen is for the next day. consult your doctor first.

I don't mean this critically, not even a little, but for a laugh. I take my blood pressure and cholesterol medicine habitually.

Check out some of the drugs mentioned. :) One of my friends was recommended to use Cialis.

I'm not sure if this applies to women as well. Again, consult a doctor.
