"Pink" Sunset

Post by maverick »

Here is another photo from near Wildcat Point in Yosemite.
This was a gorgeous Sierra sunset after all the lightening finally settled down.
This is a 2' x 5'4" panorama, which at full size you can easily make out Glen Aulin Falls
and Tuolumne Falls.
It reaches from the Kuna Crest, with a peak at the start of Lyell Canyon, and then
extends all the way to the western edges of the Cathedral Crest, and beyond!
Now this was a view to die for, only to bad you cannot see it at full size, it really does
makes a difference, especially with photo's of this size.

Your welcome Hetchy.
The full size is just crazy sharp, and over 2.5 GB in size!

Thanks Rlown, and Windknot.
Stunning it is Rlown, considered to be one of the best lookouts in the Sierra by those
who have been fortunate enough to visit this magical place, and with the right conditions
it truly is magical.

Thanks Evan, I appreciate your enthusiasm.
Evan writes "This is a shot that anyone whom loves the Sierra should see" I agree, but
not only seeing, but purchasing it, and placing it on ones living room, dining room
conference room, or your cabin wall, would make a beautiful art piece that any of
your friends, or guests would marvel over.
It speaks volumes about the majestic Sierra, and more to the point on why we love
visiting this enchanting place.
Looking at this photo on your wall at full size one will never ask, why do you love going
to Sierra?

So, what does something like that gem of a shot cost if someone here wanted to buy it?
