Re: Green with envy over your beautiful photos
Some of my all time favorite photos ever to be posted to this site included Buck Forester's two German Shepherds (may they rest in peace).PatrickQuin wrote:Thank you, I often laugh about the fact that every photo i post contains either my dog or a fish. It's good to know atleast someone enjoys these two things the way i do...any pic with your dog in it is good enough for me.. oh, and yes, the background is nice as well.
I know it is off topic. I had that realization earlier... Now I'm realizing i don't think i've actually read all the other 4 pages of gear talk in this thread...i feel both a little guilty and proud of myself in that realization...
I think this may be more of what MK was getting at John...i for one always find your Ice Skating photos to be pure amazing... And in my view of it all, right down the road of what photography (and "art") is about... Life lived.
BTW. That 3rd one, i keep seeing a crane, oragami swan.

wow! 4 dogs.. one more and you'd have to set up the poker table, unless.. you're the 5th..
obviously off topic now, but still fun. I love the morning mist effect..

I like how the two black dogs have the same stance, and are looking towards the
back at the same time.
back at the same time.

Re: Green with envy over your beautiful photos
hmmmm.... off topic..... it's still a beautiful photograph - even if done with a crappy point & shoot - lol - just look at those sunbeams
(i don't know if anyone will be green with envy over it tho)
i really like the previous dual photograph with partial dog on the left frame and the fishing pole on the right.
however, going with the current trend of the topic...
here's a fun sequence i took a few years back in the kaiser wilderness - george lake, mid-november:

I really like the second one.
The intensity written all over the dogs face looking at the pot is great.

Neat work, and it's nice to see someone else poking around in this area. It's an underutilized spot.lostcoyote wrote:here's a fun sequence i took a few years back in the kaiser wilderness - george lake, mid-november:
