High Sierra Topix

Bud,

I was there last night (2/19/12) with 500 others . I heard Friday was decent, Saturday was a bust (due to clouds), and last night was so so. Here are a few pics I snapped with my d40 (no tripod). There definitely was not a "flow" of water but more of a mist which you can see in one of the pics. Still a spectacular scene and a fun way to end the day.

Thanks alot for the picture. I can see it's pretty dry.

This was a tough year for Horsetail Falls. Hopefully we will get some good Spring storms to get the Valley falls going strong.

All of these shots are awesome. I hope that i can make it up there one year!
