I've got one, just stopped carrying it because I so rarely used it. Now that I've got a SLR, I'll be carrying a lightweight tripod...

Nice pics everyone!

Helloooo Mr. Kurt! I can't see the image (but it may be from a source that's banned from my work, as most web photo storage sites are!), but I'm glad you found this place and welcome aboard!

Yeah, I can't see them either. But they were there last night, I swear! I have them posted on photo.net, like a lot of others here. Did SnowNymph see them before they disappeared? I don't know what's going on. Talk about a lousy first impression, huh?

Here's the link to one of them, without the IMG tags:

And one more try with the IMG tags.

Mr. Kurt, the link didn't work for me either, but it might be because unless you're a paying member of Photo.net, they recently turned off linking capabilities. I was able to see it though by copying the URL to Google and going in that way... nice silhouette shot! I'd like to see more pics, can you link to your main Photo.net page?

Okay, I have to come clean, the first on is actually a self portrait of my shadow. My shadow was against the water tank as the sun was rising so I held the camera with one hand and raised my other arm to make the picture more interesting. Those are shadows of the trees also.

mountaineer, I was wondering what that was! Couldn't figure it out.

kurt & buck, I right clicked the broken image thingie and "view image" and the photo appeared. Then click on the "go back one page" arrow and it should show up. Its still showing up for me.
