Photo location help needed

Last year I was hoping to photogragh what I think is called "Table Rock" petroglyph. This particular petroglyph can be seen on Galen Rowell's website. I made a quick stop at the ranger station in Bishop and picked up a map w/directions to the location. This petroglyph is located just above Chalk Bluff Rd along side the Owens river.The map tells you to follow the trail up the hill with the petroglyph on the (R) side of trail at the top.I looked and looked but could not find it's location.Has anyone been to this location?
