I feel like a dumb A. For fiddling with hosting sites. It was pretty simple from my phone. Now I'll have to fiddle with transferring pics to the pc , and going direct. Thanks for the prompts rlown!

Never feel like a dumb A. You always know something that someone else might not so share as much as possible.

Testing flickr..

<a data-flickr-embed="true" href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/152128876 ... ed-public/" title="Puppet Lk 2010 063"><img src="https://farm3.staticflickr.com/2648/321 ... e045_c.jpg" width="800" height="600" alt="Puppet Lk 2010 063"></a><script async src="//embedr.flickr.com/assets/client-code.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

Embed didn't work. BBCode did..

Code: Select all

From the picture, you select share and then BBCode. Not sure if others can see it, as I changed no permissions. Picture info showed public, so i'm making the assumption that others can see it.

The first thing I do when I get back from a trip is unload to my PC, adjust the pics and burn the pics to a DVD. That way I have a standing copy regardless of what happens with internet companies and hosting.

In Flickr, you have to make the pictures you own public to enable the share button and get to the point where you see a popup. Choose the BBCode option and copy/paste that link into your TR where appropriate.

Capture.JPG
shows up at the bottom right of the screen when you select a picture. Flip the selection to "Public" and you should see the share button on the bottom line of icons in the picture. hover over the weird up arrow pointing to the right and you should see "Share".

Very nice shot! I see Milestone Mountain along the Great Western Divide in the background! I love that area. Says Buck.

Are you still there Wingding?
I love that area too; can you tell me if the mountain on the farthest right- north of Table, and Thunder- is perhaps Mt. Brewer? Anybody? Thanks, Harlen.

p.s. Thanks for all the nice photos!

There is a plugin available for Firefox and Chrome that lets you see (for now) the broken Photobucket image links in case you wanted to see the pictures in Trip Reports that currently just show the image asking you to upgrade your Photobucket account. I'm not sure how long this will continue to work...

Firefox: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo ... entlyadded

Chrome: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/deta ... dkpmcpkaon

I've tested the Chrome extension and it is working for me.
