It was your TR of Sawtooth that led us to Upper Monarch Lake, we used your descent route to climb Sawtooth Sunday morning

Hey - that is terrific that you went up Sawtooth. You must know I am a "softy" for the area. Honestly though, the light and colors are wonderful in the photos. Seeing a reflection in the water and being able to see into the water seems particulalrly unique.

Hi EricZ....Welcome to HST! Yes many, many rings forming while shooting the alpenglow. I mentioned to my son you could probably catch fish with just a gold hook, then I picked up a small piece of gravel and tossed it in...three fish chased it to the bottom. The fish are hungry...not many bugs...never even used my mozzi repellent last weekend.
