March 3, 2015 - The Yosemite Area Regional Transportation System (YARTS) has just remodeled its website about the public transit service that serves Yosemite National Park. We want you to share in the fun of making the site more interesting and useful.
The Yosemite region is one of the most beautiful in the country and we want the newly remodeled website to depict that. We want to include photos provided by YARTS riders that show people having fun in the Yosemite region, hiking, rafting, swimming, picnics, bicycling, or just a walk in the high country with the family pet (you get the idea). The trails in the region that are blanketed with wild flowers at various times of the year also offer other opportunities for great photos. We want to show that part of the Yosemite visit to the world on our web site.
The photos should be of friends and family who agree to be depicted on the website and, by submitting the photos for our use, you are attesting to that and giving your approval for their use by YARTS.
Selection of the photos to be used on the site will be at the sole discretion of the web master. The photos will receive photo credits in the form of the first name of the photographer and the city of residence. We hope to receive sufficient submissions to be able to change the photos regularly to keep the pages fresh.
If you have photos you are willing to share that show people enjoying themselves in the Yosemite region, you can go to http://www.YARTS.com and click “contact us. Our staff will contact you regarding your submissions.
