which canyon...deadman or cloud canyon for photography

trying to decide which is best for landscape photography. i would be camping in the upper part of both canyons. thoughts? looking for big mountain scenery.

Both have wonderful features that make them both equally desirable. If one
caught the peak of wildflowers then Deadman, otherwise the Whaleback area,
and a quick hike over Colby to Gallats would be the winner for me.

Thanks maverick! I appreciate your feedback! I know your a photo enthusiast! i have read in a couple of posts that you really like the area around mt genevra. is there a particular area/lake that you would recommend to take photos of sunset or sunrise in that area? Ill be going there too on the same trip.

Casper Lake, and several lakes/ponds south and east of Genevra have great
potential for sunrise shots, if conditions are optimal, even at sunset if the
clouds are positioned perfectly could make for some outstanding subjects.
I will be there for a few days before heading over to the Meet-up in Wallace.

Both are fantastic, but I have to go with Cloud Canyon. The view of Whaleback from the meadow below is breathtaking.
