I know Buck Forester does (http://www.flickr.com/photos/buckforester/)...anybody else? If y'all have Sierra photos there, I'd love to see them.

One of the things I really like about Flickr is the social aspect of it--contacts, comments, group photo pools, discussion boards. I'm adding Sierraphiles to my contacts list, so I have quick access to some really great Sierra photography.

I use both Flickr and Webshots ( the free versions). I like Flickr for the ease of interaction with other members, and the ease of association (groups, contacts), and the commenting (usually constructive). I use Webshots because I can organize my photos into more topics (albums ) than with Flickr (3 sets), so rather than a set of 50
mountain photos, I may have 5 trip reports, for example.

I love flickr. Mostly because of how it nicely integrates into other websites and the social aspects of it.

I really only started using Flickr recently with a free account. As far as a photo storage site, I really like it better than the others. The organization of it with respect to groups and the social aspects make it unique IMO. I do like the galleries you all have posted.
These are a select few photos I've posted recently...

I started posting photos there a few months back and have really enjoyed seeing all the interesting work that others have done, as well as getting comments from others on my work. Wish I had more time to spend there!

The social aspects do indeed make it unique; I find the tagging and groups interesting as well.

Great galleries, y'all. Thanks for posting your links! :)

One of the other things I love about Flickr is the geotagging feature. It's really cool to look at a photo and be able to see where it was taken...or to look at a map, and see what a place looks like.
Wish I had more time to spend there!
No kidding...I could spend whole days just browsing the amazing photos there...

Flickr rules! Not only is a great hosting site, but if you're also looking into licensing images and getting published, there are some 'eyes' out there looking for stuff! Thanks, Tom, for the shout out, there's a couple folks here I didn't know had albums there.
