Mammoth Shuttle to Red's Meadow duration

No question that 120 or 108 is quicker from the South Bay. It's 5 hours to Mammoth either way for us on the Peninsula and I cant imagine it would take much longer for you to get to Livermore than us. My only question would be if you can get across from 152 to 120 any quicker than via 101 to 680/580 (59 to 132 perhaps?).

We go via 120 if we're driving through Yosemite at off peak hours, or via 108 if we expect a delay at the 120 entrance station. But I wouldn't consider going via 41 or 140 through Yosemite Valley from the south.
