Tioga Road (continuation of Highway 120 through the park) is temporarily closed
Tioga Road is closed due to a fire. Check here or call 209/372-0200 (then 1, 1) to check its status. The road will be assessed around 7 am Sunday for potential reopening. Closure is from White Wolf to Porcupine Flat Campground.

I don't give out specific route information, my belief is that it takes away from the whole adventure spirit of a trip, if you need every inch planned out, you'll have to get that from someone else.
