Ride from Lodgepole VC to Fresno on 7/23?

A month-long trip around Kings Canyon, Sequoia, Inyo NF, and Yosemite is almost ready to go. I start on Monday.

One logistical question left: how does my friend (who is joining me from Tucson for the first ten days) get back to Fresno on the 23rd (to fly out on the 24th) without a car? And without the Sequoia Shuttle. We will have been in effective quarantine for ten days, so she will be coronavirus-free.
