Quite the surprise! Did not see that coming. How refreshing in this era to witness such a responsible job by our government workers. Well done.

I'm am going to personally write something to Caltrans and those Inyo workers that were responsible although that may need to wait till I return from our trip.

I live on Donner summit cal trans IMHO does a very good job! And better everyone be safe than sorry! I was up by little lakes on Sunday and it was VERY exciting!
