Look'n 4 a medium pak

Post by frediver »

Looking for something special.
Check out a CFP-90, I want that but smaller,
around 24-2600cu.in size main body.
Nah I don't need the camo but:
A top loader with a horizontal 3/4 divider and
bottom zipper access.
I would still like to keep the side pockets.

LOL. When I read the subject line, I thought you were looking for a medical pack - first aid kit!

I looked at packs today at the REI Fall sale. I want one that allows my Bearikade canister to fit horizontally on top. No luck. Funny thing, a fellow next to me was looking for the same, except he had the Bearikade Expedition can and I have the smaller Weekender. Frustrating that the circumference of the opening is probably only an inch too small. And many the packs were the same - did not seem to matter if woman's medium or man's large.

There are some good deals out there, at REI as well as many web sites.

Other than being too heavy for my tastes, I ran across some packs that may meet your specifications on the MEC site. MEC is the Canadian equivalent of our REI.
