Slight update. Now testing the Android version (had iPhone before). It's been released commercially but they just sent me one for additional testing and suggestions. Lots of improvements in interface; addition of a medical library. I'll get back to you after testing for awhile.

Reviving this old thread.. Apparently the frequency interference avoidance with the LEO satellites and 6Ghz transmission range can make this device completely unusable. I was in a remote location in southern Utah (meaning well within continental U.S) and the device refused to send a message, even with a clear sky (tried in multiple locations miles apart), with the following message: "Satellite communications are not possible at your location due to local frequency conflicts. Please try again later after moving several miles".
