Stoveless Cooking

Have you used this? Would you try it? Or is this taking it to far? :D

I don't give out specific route information, my belief is that it takes away from the whole adventure spirit of a trip, if you need every inch planned out, you'll have to get that from someone else.

I've used body heat to help rehydrate food on stoveless trips in the past. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

In this case the date was a dead giveaway when it was posted early this year.

The instructions for one of the recipes suggests period kneading to insure mixing of the, uh, ingredients.

You're gonna have a "hard" time explaining that you were just "kneading" your dehydrated "hot dog" before lunch.
