I suggest checking REI Oulet (using the link from HST). I got a discontinued 15 degree REI goose down bag with a 4 star customer rating for $85 a few years ago. I’m still using it for solo trips and probably will for at least 5 more years. It’s been great and I have no complaints. While I suspect a comparable bag is not $85 anymore, if you're patient and check REI Outlet frequently, you may find something that will work for you.
I don’t need a goal destination. I need a destination that meets my goals.
