I picked up a Tarptent Moment DW this year and really like it. It has dual entry, is roomy and sets up very quickly. The double wall and ventilation options work well on damp nights.
My previous tent (5 years) was a TT Contrail which was great but was not a side entry. It was also a little fiddly to pitch. Contrasting the two, I prefer the Moment DW by far.
New tent?

I went with the Big Sky Mirage 2P last year and EVERY THING costs you additional bucks. Mine weighs in right at 2lbs. which may not be the lightest but the quality has made up for it. I think there is a breaking point that you reach when trying to go continually lighter. Your mileage may vary.
Better to have it and not need it than it is to need it and not have it!
