Sandals in size 13W?

I've been looking for sandals for stream crossings, for myself and my sons. We all have wide feet, I've looked on Merril and Teva, no luck. All they have are medium width. The feedback on Teva was, true to size and width, hard to put on, even dry. That means I won't be getting my big feet into them. :(

Anyone know where to turn?

Sierratradingpost has a good search function. Found this in a few seconds

Check their site every few days as their inventory changes.

Those are nice sandals. But leather. As i remember and use Tevas, they are velcro across the straps. If you're just using them for stream crossing, who cares how wide your feet are. You are using them for 15 mins, hopefully at most. If some foot part hangs over you're still good for a stream crossing.

You can also look at the Crocs brand. They show Wide but..

I like my 20 year old Tevas.

I covered this already, the people with the medium wide feet had a hard time getting their feet into the medium wide sandals.

Thanks for the tip, I will keep checking. The ones you posted were the only wide ones on their site, they would work if that's all I can find.

Have you tried some crocs or knock off crocs from walmart. The thing I didn't like about crocs was how wide they were. I have narrow feet, so maybe they would work for you. They are nice though, supper light, don't have any nylon so they aren't wet around the camp at night and my walmarts have lasted 2 years and cost $10.00

I haven't tried Crocs, knowing they're wide is encouraging though. Thanks.
