Malpais Mesa / Rosa Peak - 01.18.09

Original plans were to do Thimble Peak, but Titus Cyn was closed. Instead we did Malpais Mesa. I really enjoyed this walk amidst the Joshua Tree forest and fine views of the snow capped sierras to the west.
