Trailmaster / Cirque Peaks - 06.09.07

Post by Ranboze »

Had a nice hike over Cottonwood Pass to Trailmaster Peak, then on to Cirque Peak. Tom brought a register can for Trailmaster. Alan and I sneaked up the peak between the two on the way back down to the shortcut drainage. I much prefer accessing Cirque from the south vs via the north. Great route.

nice trip report with photos Robin - did you start from the old trail pullout that I was telling you about. there is also an even more direct way to Cirque Peak that turns off the trail long before you get to Cottonwood Pass - so many alternate hikes in the area. I want to try for Muah and/or Sharknose Ridge someday from that area

great trip! When I did it I went down to that meadow, but stayed to the left. It was fun. Nice can for the summit! I have to go back to sign it. Looks like you all had a great time!
