This link is for the site that does the clearence for Backcountry.com. The sale is not for 50% off the marked price but for the retail price, still makes for some good deals. As an example, they list 117 different down jackets.

I was asked in a PM to respond as to whether I'm connected to this or any other site that I have linked to in the past. I am not in any way associated to one the the sites. I'm just a guy that hates to pay top dollar for gear and loves a deal. When I see something that I think others might be interested in I sometimes post it.

Sometimes if it walk like a duck and talks like a duck. I thought this site was about fishing hunting backpacking etc, not shopping. A separate new topic put up this way has the appearance of being a duck. :D
