Red Peak Pass from West Side of Ansel Adams

Postby Nozmo King » Thu Aug 15, 2013 5:17 pm

A buddy & I are thinking of taking a loop from the west side of Ansel Adams (probably Fernandez TH) & going over Red Peak Pass. Has anybody out there done it &, if so, any trip advice? We have 5 days, so we'll have to put miles in every day. We were thinking of going in via Fernandez Pass & coming out via Post Peak Pass. This would be a mid-September trip.

I did a similar trip end of September 2011 and posted a trip report. You may find this trip report and read it.
