Camping at or near Sam Mack Meadows??

Can someone tell me how the camping situation is like? I have read where it can be quite crowded...are there even many spots there? Or should I look else where in the area to camp.

I was up in that area July 30-Aug1. There are not many camping spots up at Sam Mack meadow but there are plenty of spots at Fourth Lake. There is no problem getting up to Sam Mack or to the glacier.

Thank you Rainman! Yes that is what I have read with very little camp spots...Yes 4th lake may work.
