Emigrant Wilderness August 13-21st 2011

We are heading out for a 45 miler Aug 13-21 starting at the PCT trail head heading down to Kennedy Meadows.
Does anyone one know if it is passable right now that high?
How are the skeeters?
Hows the fishing?
I have been looking quite a bit for info, but most folks are going in at CrabTree.
Here is the route we are planning.
