Thanks, Skibum.....yeah we are in heaven here. As avid hikers, mountain bikers, mountaineers and skier/boarders I'd argue we couldn't find a better location.

We actually live in Bayfield, about 15 miles east of Durango, which puts us that much closer to Wolf Creek in Pagosa Springs. I think we'll split time between the two, plus Telluride only 2.5-3 hours away.
