Current Carson Conditions

Has anyone been on the PCT in Carson Iceberg in the last couple of weeks? I am planning to do the Paradise Valley Loop starting out of Highland Lakes this weekend. I've talked to 2 rangers who said it should be fine although I'd definitely run into some snow. They had no first-hand experience though or trip reports from folks.

We were at about 8,000 there two weeks ago, and had very few problems. There were parts of the trail that were in a canyon shaded by trees, where we had "guestimate" the trail and where it went. And there was one section of trail, heading down the steep north face of a ridge, that was to scary...

'You should be fine by now.
