Horseshoe Meadows

Does anyone know if Horseshoe Meadows is open yet?
INYO NF site says the Horseshoe Meadow Road is open but the campsite(equestrian)
is closed.
The snow levels according to the site starts at 7500 ft in that area.
I dont know how up to date that is especially after the mini heatwave this weekend.
