As I said elsewhere: "... I have been writing it up: I am at the middle of the second to last day." That part should not be long. I try to write at least once a day for 1/2 an hour at least. The "Cover" is already done. After that it is just grinding out the pages. I am looking into some sort of code slideshow that might speed things up. Something like this:
