SEKI from somewhere out of the east if Tioga opens before

Did you take the trip to Tehipite yet? I was planning to go before Memorial Day myself, but I wasn't able to pull it off... it's been a crazy ride lately. I've traditionally gone to Tehipite Valley on Memorial Day or in early June. I like to get in there early and catch all the seasonal waterfalls.
It's all about the WILDERNESS!!!

I was hoping to try to make a tehipite trip this weekend, but I made the mistake of telling my wife about the rattlesnake reputation and, well without a plb, sat phone, or partner... :-({|= I'll be finding someplace else.

Dont tell about close calls with any of the following:rattlesnakes, bears,
bushwacking, glaciers, river crossings, lightning, climbing narrow
ledges with a couple thousand feet drop-offs on both sides, did I
leave anything out?
Otherwise tell her eveything that happened on your trip!
