High Sierra Topix

Can anyone tell me at what points (e.g. Red's, VVR) along the JMT one can dispose of garbage?

Pretty much your resupply points.
Tuolomne Meadows store / campground
Reds Meadow store / campground
VVR (I think they must have a garbage can outside the store although I can't remember seeing one for sure.)
Muir Trail ranch will let you fill your empty resupply bucket with whatever garbage you have. It's part of their resupply fee.
And as with the resupply points, this is it for what is right on or very close to the trail.
