TR: Cherry Creek Canyon

To get to the big pool just below the confluence of the W and main Cherry forks there is a well ducked route from 2N05. It is just a few hundred yards south of that main gully you were likely in. The entrance from the road isn't obvious, but there's a small drainage right at that spot. It's brushy to start but quickly opens up to granite that is very well marked (at least it was 3-4 years ago).
