heres a good TR on Granite Bear I've read through. similar route to ours. i see Big Man already replied with some good beta..

and it seems much more direct than Italy but has a steepish sandy/loose small talus bit towards the top of the east side that didn't really inspire me..the west side however appears to be very straightforward..
