It is paella, my husband's specialty, but I've got to figure out how to delete that post!

I still want the paella recipe. I've been looking around at some recipes and want to make it for a group that I've backpacked with 30+ years..

Just saw this. Thank you so much for the trip report. This is the last section of the SHR that I did, way back in the late 90's. Wee followed the same route that you did. It was a great trip, one that I still remember fondly.
We only went as a group of 3, so we didn't have to deal with the fast/slow factions. Also, everyone on that trio was an early riser, so we didn't ever stroll into camp near nightfall.
