Tomcat great TR! I'm enjoying all the photos posted so far.

Wow, what a great first trip with Topix! Bagged 2 peaks, awesome hiking, viewing the plane wreck & hearing the history, the unexpected and beautiful snowstorm, fun around the campfire, challenging bouldering, all with a great group of people.

Thanks for making me feel so welcome! Your passion for peakbagging is contagious.

Seeing the respect SnowNymph, Tomcat and all the regulars (sorry I don't know all nicknames yet) show the registers, being able to examine the Hellcat and hear the history from those who researched it, witnessing the discipline and commitment you have for peakbagging, was so impressive and inspiring to me.

I have learned that I want to do more peakbagging and that if i am to do it with you, being an early riser and eating a quick breakfast is important to get the early start that is your standard.

I look forward to more peaks with Topix!

As for Bajadas... mi favorito es carnitas! Aye yi yi!

Great Trip Report and photos. I wish I had time to go. Last time I was in DV was 2002, way too long ago. :crybaby: :crybaby: :crybaby:
