Cathedral Lake

Post by mkbgdns »

Daughter taking 3 friends there next weekend. Anybody been up there this weekend with information about conditions? Thanks in advance. I'll check both here and Conditions and Reports threads.

Tuolumne Meadow Wilderness Office says: Patchy snow in most places along the trail, more consistent coverage at 9000 ft in the forested areas, both lakes are thawed out, and the area around the lakes are wet and flooded in most areas.

I don't give out specific route information, my belief is that it takes away from the whole adventure spirit of a trip, if you need every inch planned out, you'll have to get that from someone else.
