The resume on these guys is pretty impressive but they still have there work cut out for them.

Former coworker was doing it in sections over several years. We went our separate ways and I never heard if he finished or not. Last I heard he had completed northbound to about Crater Lake.

Some guy did it way back in the 1930's (?) I believe someone wrote a book about it. Maybe Markskor has it in his extensive library :)

The hike/ski was from Whitney to yosemite and is documented in the HST Library. Click on thumbshots image.

Dang, that book is expensive. I kept scrolling through the various bookseller links until I found one for $16 from the Central Sierra Historical Society.
