Kearsarge knee killer!

I hiked Kearsarge yesterday to the pass and back, while the weather was perfect I messed up my knee on the way down. I'm not sure exactly what happened but I'm guessing I hyper extended it on one of the steep steps. Once back to the trail head I could barely walk, once I was home I was in bad shape . It's better today but I'm on ibuprofen and ice.
Anyways here are a few pictures since I can't do much else today!

Thanks guys! I did as you suggested Mav and my knee is a thousand times better. I worked today, installing windows, up and down ladders and I only slightly feel it. Just to be safe I came home and immediately iced it. I did wear a brace all day too.

Posted this the same time you where posting Maverick!

Do it 2-3 times a day, for a couple of days Rockchucker.
