P.S. Tomcat, sorry I couldn't help you out with your "problem!!!" :unibrow: To tell you the truth, I wouldn't have been able to keep up with you guys...unfortunately, I don't have any mountain goat in my genes! :( I'm sure you had to undergo much pain and suffering under such harrowing conditions!! :lol:

Trekker, you did great getting as far as you did. You might have been able to keep up. I felt great on this trip, but I think I prefer daytrips and a lighter pack. My back can't handle the weight of a full pack. It was 35 lbs, but felt like 45 coming back, and it was bigger than when we started. How does that happen? :retard:

It was a fun trip!

I'm surprised to see the nets still in Matlock. We were going to camp there in June but decided to just stay at Flower so we could do some fishing. The crew doing the fish removal told us then that they had been at it a couple months already.
