Road is closed, reported to open beginning of June, the resort opens June 13th.

Confused by what you want.
We gave you the exact starting point - (Old tungsten mine trail to Secret Lake) - route pictures - middle - good pictures of the top/ slot up to the sign...a warning which way not to go with pictures too...(BTW, it is maybe a 1/2 mile from Secret Lake to the sign.)
and you still seem confused as to what is "correct path."

How much Sierra have you done?
